1. Introduction

DASKUNAKA TECH ("Kunaka Tech", "we", "our", or "us") operates the Shiftly mobile game ("the App", package com.shiftly). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle user data and information when you use our App.

2. Local Data Storage

Shiftly is an offline-first logic puzzle game. We do not operate custom user accounts, registration forms, or remote databases. Game progress, level scores, coins, unlocked themes, and settings are stored locally on your device via AsyncStorage.

3. Device IDs & Advertising Data Collection

Our App incorporates third-party advertising SDKs provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and process certain device data and identifiers off-device to deliver, personalize, and measure advertisements:

Device or Other IDs: Advertising ID (e.g., Android GAID) and device parameters used for ad personalization, frequency capping, and ad reporting.
App Activity: Ad interactions, ad impressions, and user engagement metrics.
App Performance & Diagnostics: Automated crash logs and performance diagnostics collected by Google AdMob SDK to ensure stability.

4. Advertising & Choice

Advertising identifiers are used to serve contextual and personalized ads. Users can reset or limit advertising tracking at any time in their device settings (under Settings > Privacy > Ads on Android).

5. In-App Purchases

Optional in-app purchases (such as Remove Ads or Coin Packs) are handled entirely through Google Play Store billing services. DASKUNAKA TECH does not store or process payment card information or credit details.

6. Children's Privacy

Shiftly is designed for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Ad requests delivered via Google AdMob comply with COPPA regulations and Google Play's Families Policy where applicable.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

Because all gameplay data resides locally on your device, deleting the app or selecting Settings > Reset All Progress will permanently erase all local game statistics.

8. Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Any revisions will be reflected on this page and within the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or playing Shiftly, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please uninstall and discontinue use of the App.

2. License Grant

DASKUNAKA TECH grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use Shiftly for non-commercial personal entertainment.

3. In-App Digital Items & Purchases

Virtual currency (coins) and digital items acquired within the App are non-transferable and have no real-world monetary value. All purchases completed through the Google Play Store are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable store policies or governing law.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, cheat, exploit, or create unauthorized derivative works of the App.

5. Limitation of Liability

Shiftly is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. DASKUNAKA TECH shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.
